Add EXPOSE  to tell container users which port to use. Also good for docker ps.

Removed `RUN     node ./script/update-config.js` as it didn't actually do anything.

Changed the branch from v1/docker to heroku. The heroku branch works with nginx as a reverse proxy, serving d-zone with https.
