breaking: Add Electron build, npm scripts, fix paths for tile-images, Allow different sized maps, Load maps

Trungel added:

  • Electron build
  • NPM run scripts
  • Fixed paths for tile-images, so they should now work with GitHub Pages
  • Allowing users to change the size of the map being edited/made
  • Loading a map from a string
  • Refactored the way the map is generated and rendered in the browser (MVP Award goes to...!)
