• Adds support for LegacyFabric
• Adds a check for 32Bit Java in the default start script templates
• Sets the RenovateBot commit message to deps
• Adds a changelog section for dependency changes
• Removes cleanUp task from test finalization
• Makes getInstance synchronized
• When a new instance of SPC is instantiated, setup is run to ensure a prepared environment is present
• Opens some methods in ConfigurationHandler and ServerPackHandler to public
• Overloads some API methods for ease of use with simply a ConfigurationModel
• Excludes untracked files from gradle test artifacts
