Filetree-browser for inclusion and exclusion selection of files and folders

Replace the textfields for inclusion and exclusion of files and folders in the serverpack with

1. A table which lists
   1. whether the entry is included/excluded
   2. whether the entry is a filter
   3. the entry: the filter or the path to the file or folder to include/exclude
   4. a button to remove the entry from the list

Directly, manually, editing the table should be discouraged or even be impossible(?). The enhanced filebrowser should instead be used to deselct any files or folders
