server properties overwrite editor

Provide window which allows overwriting of values of server.properties when checkbox for inclusion of server.properties is ticked. Should be a JTable, delete row with button, add row with button, clear row with button and all that jazz.

Base settings are to be grabbed from the configured server.properties or the default one, depending on whether one is specified. Overridden values are NOT to be saved to the server.properties file specified, nor the default one, but be used when writing the file to the server pack.

Rejected: Users should manage their properties, as well as having an editor at hand to edit the files. SPC will offer any props provided in the directory and the default one, but everything else is the responsibility of the user.
