Check the modpack directory for a valid serverpackcreator configuration-file

Check a given modpack directory whether a valid serverpackcreator.conf-file exists within it.

If a conf-file is present, validate it, and if it is a valid configuration, ask the user whether they would like to load that configuration file into the GUI.

i.e.: "We found a ServerPackCreator-configuration in the selected modpack. Would you like to load it?"

or something along those lines.

Additionally, check for existence of any of these files:

• manifest.json Check CurseForge manifest available if a modpack was exported through a client like Overwolf's CurseForge or through GDLauncher.
• minecraftinstance.json Check minecraftinstance.json usually created by Overwolf's CurseForge launcher.
• config.json Check the config.json usually created by GDLauncher.
• mmc-pack.json Check mmc-pack.json usually created by MultiMC.
