Improve settings acquisition in web-frontend to get SPC settings in MainLayout

The MainLayout should request and store the settigns received from ServerPackCreator in our store. This way, we make sure the settings are always requested and available, no matter which part of the web-frontend is visited, since the MainLayout now takes care of that.
