Allow selection of addons to run with

When configuring either webservice or GUI, allow users to select from installed addons/plugins and which they want to run when their server pack will be generated.

Allows for any given instance to have all possible addons installed, but no given server pack will be generated with ALL addons/plugins, because users choose which they want to add to their packs.

[ ] - addon 2

[x] - addon 3

[ ] - addon 4

etc.
