Remake the whole UI

The UI works, but it's not exactly beautiful. In order to increase the user experience and maintainability of the UI code, a remake of the complete UI is in order.

Possibly using tools such as NetBeans.

This will be a lot of work for little benefit, as the current UI works, so the priority is pretty low.

A user on Discord had trouble using SPC when scaling to 150%, on 1080p, Windows 11, where the Start generation button would vanish from sight.

For future updates:

• Setup a Win11 VM, unless I've upgraded my own installation to Win11 by then.
  • If I've upgraded to Win11, setup a Win10 VM
• Make the UI as resolution and scaling independant as possible

Scrollpane is implemented in 3.x but positioning and layout of the gui still neds to be improved

• Set max size for generate buttons
• Try same layout with GridBagLayout

Make Modpack, Server pack and Generate sections collapsible

• (undecided) replace all textfields with textareas
• make textareas resizable per drag and drop preferrably from the bottom right corner
