Merge changes from develop to master

I've reworked the way the configuration of this container works.

Variables are no longer being written to files, saving a little time on container boot and making it also a little saver if you use this container in a shared environment. You will still need to take care of your information if you use a docker-compose-file, of course.

Reworked the README to include more information regarding variables. Added bot-web as an example. Removed mentions of Heroku or anything else similar to that matter as I can not guarantee that this container works with their infrastructure.

Will work on a repo completely independant of forking so this fork can not be confused in any way shape or form with what synzen is creating. Much like my other containers.
