Various manifest checks and scans only check for Forge or Fabric.
Quilt needs to be added as well. TODOs have already been placed.

Improved all present checks so they should catch Quilt where possible. CurseForge and GDLauncher still do not officially support Quilt, so whether or not this will be caught when they add it remains to be seen, but in theory it should be caught.
