The current way in which serverpackcreator.properties are overriden is confusing and unreliable.
As such, overriding the home-directory for ServerPackCreator, for example, does not fully change every other diretory which is based upon said home-directory.

Thus, the whole the system of overriding the properties, singular or from files, needs to be improved.
