Include file in server pack from URL #1

Allow adding an URL to the server pack files. During the generation of the server pack, the file from the link will be downloaded to the server pack.

Either as the file returned from the server, or saving it in a specified destination. Undecided which one. Probably the latter to make life easier for myself later down the line, in terms of "it saved the file as '3432423-5326246-ve4zs5' instead of 'myfile.txt'!!11!11!1"
