refactor: Generate server packs in ./server-packs in the directory where... 

refactor: Generate server packs in ./server-packs in the directory where ServerPackCreator is executed in. Prevents 1. in #55 where the Overwolf CurseForge App filewatcher can cause installed mods to disappear due to copying mods around inside the modpack directory.
