Editor for excluded mods of a server pack in a separate window

• displays mods in the selected modpack in a scrolltree on the left
  • selecting a mod should allow you to: Include or exclude said mod
  • selecting a mod should highlight an entry in the list of exclusios should a match be found
• displays exclusions in a list on the right
• control buttons and textfields in the center, between the two panels
