Config directory

When a config is created through the designated worklflow (dialog, scanning, etc.) the config should be stored in a directory configs as ./configs/packname.conf

./serverpackcreator.conf is always the last used configuration

This ties in with the feature Kreezxil requested some time ago about saving the config not only as serverpackcreator.conf but as the last loaded configuration, too.
