Allow users to specify Discord webhooks to post updates to

If users can specify/save a Discord Webhook URL and customize the message sent by ServerPackCreator, it would open the potential for automated update messages upon generation of a new server pack.

Might be worthwhile checking out. Said webhook URLs absolutely must be stored encrypted in the databse, though...somehow....
