SystemTray popout window

When running as a service and system tray, popout/dispay a window when clicking the tray icon.

In said window,

• the panel from #174 (closed) should be displayed, allowing for quick editing
• status of monitored server packs should be displayed
• button to open server pack directory
• button to start server
• button to force regeneration
