Move java config

1. Move the JAva configuration for modloader server installation from the serverpackcreator.conf to our ApplicationProperties

2. Introduce new configuration option for Java which will overwrite the path to Java in the start scripts

   2.1. These "custom" start scripts should be created in the server pack after the ZIP-archive has been generated, as they are most likely user/system specific and not meant to be included in the server pack to be distributed
