Allow specifying of singular file/directy outside of modpack to include

Allow users to specify a file or folder outside of the modpack.

Said file or folder will then be included in the server pack with the sources name.

Example for a directory:

C:\some\folder becomes C:\some\server_pack\folder

Example for a file: C:\some\folder\foo.bar becomes C:\some\server_pack\foo.bar
