Account system to allow user and pack specific server pack downloads

Think of a way of allowing users to register for an account with ServerPackCreator running as a webservice. A user should have the ability to register fixed urls, example spc.griefed.de/user/kreezxil/dragons or spc.griefed.de/user/kreezxil/here_be_dragons which, when visited, would result in a specified server pack being downloaded.

Something like that.

So, basically /{username}/{packname} is linked to a specific server pack. Said server pack must be protected from automatic deletion by any database-cleanup schedules.
