Rework the frontend so all visuals can be customized through the frontend.

That means:

TSParticles
Background image
CSS "cloud" colours which overlay the background image

If the visuals were changed, store it in a cookie. If nothing was changed, do not create a cookie

Such a customization has the benefit of allowing everyone to set the visuals to their needs, as well as dialing down any possible performance concerns, such as the ones caused by too many particles or too high framerates of the very same.
