The scans themselves. Static because they hold no state: each takes a path and returns findings.
There is exactly one, scanUsingNekodetector. An earlier doc here promised "zip-slip and archive-safety checks applied before an upload is trusted", which never existed in this class — archive traversal is rejected by zip4j during extraction, which is a fact about a dependency and not something this file does.
